Backseat AI only supports League of Legends. Clout Kitchen plans on building similar apps for other games in the future. If you’re interested in making Backseat AI available for your game, please email hello@backseat.gg.
To cancel your subscription, open the Backseat AI desktop app and click on your username in the top right corner. Then, click on the “Cancel” button in the Manage Subscriptions section. You will be redirected to Stripe’ customer portal, where you can cancel your subscription. You will receive a confirmation email after successfully cancelling your subscription.

To upgrade or downgrade your subscription, open the Backseat AI desktop app and click on your username in the top right corner. Then, click on the “Change” or “Upgrade” button in the Manage Subscriptions section. You can proceed to change your subscription and will get a confirmation email after successfully changing you subscription. Your subscription change will go into effect immediately.

To claim your role, please create a ticket in the Backseat AI Discord server and mention that you're a premium subscriber. Our team will notify you when your role has been successfully changed in Tyler1’s Discord server.
You won't receive a refund, but you will still have access to all the benefits of your subscription until the subscription expires.

If you think that you're no longer getting new messages at any point during a game - sometimes the voicepack can be quiet, but it shouldn't be too quiet - please create a ticket in our Discord server.
If your overlay does not appear, but you can still hear the voicepack, try restarting your League of Legends game. If this issue still persists, please create a ticket in our Discord server.
You can click and drag the header of the overlay to change its position. If you want to adjust other overlay settings, such as theme and opacity, open your Backseat AI desktop app and go to the Manage Voicepack page from the navigation.
If our Overwolf application is not detecting or not connecting to League client, please do the following:
• Go to Overwolf's “Overlay & Hotkeys” settings
• Enable Backseat AI for League of Legends
• Restart Overwolf
